THE NEED: Our Client wanted to set up a football-based business in Nigeria, and needed to gather the opinions of indigenous football lovers. OUR INTERVENTION: Fetch Consulting identified and reached out to the types of Attendees desired by our Clients. We scheduled and hosted a Focus Group Discussion with these people, and submitted a comprehensive Report that helped our Client to make informed business decisions.

THE NEED: Some Nigerians contacted DANA Dairy with intentions of distributing their products in Nigeria. DANA Dairy needed to verify that the Distributors were authentic and qualified for the job. OUR INTERVENTION: Fetch Consulting visited the said Distributors in Nigeria to inspect their structures and evaluate their ability to deliver on the distribution promises they made to DANA Dairy Group. We submitted a comprehensive Report at the end of this exhaustive exercise, and advised DANA Dairy Group based on our first-hand observations.

PROBLEM: The Client’s Marketing Team was underperforming, and this led to poor sales results. Fetch Consulting was invited to resolve this issue. SOLUTION: Fetch Consulting conducted a Root Cause Analysis and used the results gathered to develop a training program aimed at bridging gaps identified among the Employees involved. We delivered the Training and followed up to ensure that the new skills learnt were being used to improve company-wide Sales performance.

THE NEED: Founders Bootcamp is organized in collaboration with UCLA and California Institute of Technology. They needed a physical representative in Nigeria to help them scout and mentor potential beneficiaries for their Startup Competition prize. OUR INTERVENTION: Fetch Consulting provided comprehensive representation services to Founders Bootcamp. After series of physical research and negotiation, we reached an agreement with Lekki Peninsula Schools and focused on mentoring applicants with the most viable business ideas. Two of our mentees qualified for the final rounds.
