PROBLEM: The organization needed to enlighten beneficiaries about how to leverage on Career Advancement opportunities in the corporate world.

SOLUTION: Fetch Consulting conducted a background survey to understand the peculiar challenges faced by beneficiaries. We then developed a Training Course comprising modules that directly addressed the challenges identified. Participants asked lots of questions to further understand points and every question was answered to their satisfaction. Fetch Consulting offered 1 month of free advisory sessions to help beneficiaries implement lessons learnt during the Training.
